TERMS & CONDITIONS

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all standard makeup bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Wedding bookings require a 20% deposit of the total booking price to secure the date.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of your appointment.

• Please arrive on time. A £10 late fee will be applied if you are more than 10 minutes late. If lateness affects other bookings, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.

• No-shows will lose their deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

• Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup) unless discussed beforehand.

• AshBlends is based in BS34. Travel is available at £0.50 per mile.
